It is in your best interest then to stay away as much as possible from things that could trigger allergy attacks. Avoid outdoors
First thing on our list is to avoid outdoors especially on occasions and places where your allergy symptoms are noticeably more severe. Allergens are of course more abundant outdoors than indoors which makes it more likely that you experience uncomfortable allergy symptoms outdoors than indoors. It makes sense then that it is okay to stay indoors for several days at a time especially in seasons when allergens prolific.

The symptoms of the allergy differ according to the type of allergen, the severity of the immune response and the entry point of the allergen. Allergies are oftentimes acute reactions to repeated exposure to allergens and they do not often pose very serious damages to the human body. However, there is one type of rare allergy that can be life-threatening, especially if not addressed immediately and appropriately.

Like all other types of allergies, anaphylaxis begins with an exposure to an allergen. Once the body distinguishes an allergen as potentially harmful, it releases an antibody called immunoglobulin E. The initial exposure is called sensitization and is asymptomatic, however, as the exposure progresses, the body tends to develop serious immune responses that can affect the entire body. In a way, the entire body becomes allergic to the allergen.
